★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assaggi all'inizio di formaggi locali freschi, trattoria tranquilla, un cameriere ( non so se era il proprietario) sempre presente in sala curando il rapporto con il cliente. Di compagnia.
 At the beginning you taste fresh local cheeses, a quiet restaurant, a waiter (I don't know if he was the owner) always present in the room, taking care of the relationship with the customer. Companionship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, so if you’re in this part of the world and are looking for an outstanding 100% traditional meal with that genuine as well as artsy finish you have to go here: the experience is far from glossy - which is a great perk - and you’ll be attended by one perfect waiter. The ambience is perfect, the view is wow and the price is truly unbelievable... plus the quality of all the ingredients is as good as if your grandma picked them herself. GO!!
