L'attività è gestita da due bravi e volenterosi giovani fratelli. I prodotti sono tutti di altissima qualità. Il mio preferito, e dei miei amici, è la crema 'gianduja'. Fortunatamente accettano ordinazioni via email e abbiamo appena riacquistato. Absolutely the best hazelnut cream I've ever tasted! We discovered this company during a holiday in the Langhe. The activity is managed by two good and willing young brothers. The products are all of the highest quality. My favorite, and my friends, is the 'gianduja' cream. Fortunately they accept orders by email and we have just repurchased.

La fattoria è posta sul cucuzzolo della collina, da lì si può ammirare un panorama mozzafiato quando le giornate sono limpide. I visited the hazelnut laboratory, where the cream is produced. Great!!! Preservative free! You would never stop eating it. The farm is located on the top of the hill, from there you can admire a breathtaking view when the days are clear.

Beh.. è stato veramente istruttivo vedere dall'albero di nocciole alla crema di nocciole i pochi passaggi se le cose sono fatte in maniera naturale. Le nocciole hanno un sapore sublime e le creme buonissime. We stayed at this farm recommended by our B&B host. Well .. it was really instructive to see the few steps from the hazelnut tree to the hazelnut cream if things are done naturally. Hazelnuts have a sublime flavor and delicious creams.
