La pulizia dell'ambiente e la grande attenzione agli aspetti di inquinamento e risparmio energetico. Last but not least i vari tipi di vino sono molto buoni. Provatelo. I was struck by the passion with which the owner Claudia showed us the steps to bring the wine to our tables. The cleanliness of the environment and the great attention to the aspects of pollution and energy saving. Last but not least the various types of wine are very good. Try it.

G	Guido Dandrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati presso l'Azienda Agricola Eraldo Revelli qualche giorno fa spinti dalla curiosità dopo aver assaggiato il loro Dogliani Superiore "San Matteo". Tutta la famiglia Revelli ci ha accolto splendidamente e Claudia ci ha guidato con grande professionalità e passione alla scoperta di questa bellissima realtà. Ho potuto degustare il primo Dolcetto Rosé della mia vita e percorrere tutta la gamma che valorizza alla grande l'autenticità di questo splendido vitigno langarolo, troppo spesso sottovalutato nelle carte dei ristoranti nonostante l'estrema versatilità nell'abbinamento gastronomico. Una grande sorpresa l'ultimo vino: una barbera molto ben equilibrata tra alcool e freschezza ammorbidita da un passaggio in legno presente, ma assolutamente non invadente. Al termine della degustazione abbiamo potuto fare una passeggiata tra i vigneti e scambiare quattro chiacchiere con la mamma di Claudia (complimenti per il suo pane fatto in casa) impegnata nella defogliazione delle piante. Qui per ottenere un'uva di grande qualità non si delega nulla, nemmeno il duro lavoro manuale in vigna. Rientriamo dalla passeggiata costeggiando un noccioleto. Già perché non dovete andarvene di qui senza assaggiare e acquistare un po' di nocciole "tonde gentile" del Piemonte, assolutamente spettacolari. Complimenti! We were at the Eraldo Revelli farm a few days ago driven by curiosity after tasting their Dogliani Superiore "San Matteo". The whole Revelli family welcomed us beautifully and Claudia guided us with great professionalism and passion to discover this beautiful reality. I was able to taste the first Dolcetto Rosé of my life and explore the entire range that greatly enhances the authenticity of this splendid Langhe vine, too often underestimated in restaurant menus despite its extreme versatility in food pairing. A great surprise in the last wine: a very well balanced Barbera between alcohol and freshness softened by a present but absolutely non-invasive passage in wood. At the end of the tasting we were able to take a walk through the vineyards and chat with Claudia's mother (congratulations for her homemade bread) engaged in the defoliation of the plants. Here, to obtain a grape of great quality, nothing is delegated, not even the hard manual work in the vineyard. We return from the walk along a hazelnut grove. Yes, because you don't have to leave here without tasting and buying some "tonde gentile" hazelnuts from Piedmont, absolutely spectacular. Congratulations!
