S	Stuart Ramsay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I start!? Honestly, we loved this place so much. We ate there twice, first as a family and then the next day as a couple for a date. The food is as fresh and tasty as it gets. Great service and hospitality. The setting is peaceful and authentic, a short drive up the hill from Moltrasio. Don't be deterred trying to find parking - it's tough, but you will succeed! In the first night we ordered carefully based on what we were in the mood for, all great. On the second night we let "nonna" as, we affectionately referred to her, choose our meal for us - on the proviso it included some pheasant. She stuffed us full, and we left beyond satisfied - twisted pasta with pheasant ragu was a highlight. Tiramisu also amazing. The house vino rosso is also spot-on. Will tell everyone about this place.

We asked before we sat down if they had gluten free pasta, which was the case, but in a tiny town like Moltrasio I did not expect this. Once they took „our order“ I told them, that I had to eat gluten free, I’m also vegetarian and allergic to nuts (?) and they were able to accommodate all of this. I had antipasti and a pasta dish. My partner really loved the three sample pasta dishes. It was a really well done home cooked meal.

The food is all local and the menu changes based on the season. Reasonable priced, quiet location, great service! One of our best meals in Como... and we went twice! Suggest the Bruschetta, Veal Osso Bucco and the Tiramisu was the best I’ve ever had!
A	Akira Wing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A super-homely restaurant in the Moltrasio hillside that gave us some of the best food on our visit to Lake Como. The lovely lady who comes and tells you the menu was really sweet and not having a menu in front of you was quite a different dining experience. The starter was an amazing mix of sliced cured meats, the favourites definitely being the speck and honeyed bacon. For mains we shared the Pheasant Ragu and the pasta was cooked perfectly. We also had a surprise second course on the lady’s suggestion which was steak and mushrooms on polenta. The polenta was fantastic and the mushrooms were so tasty, the steak was also cooked nicely. The only slightly disappointing dish was the cheesecake for dessert. Otherwise it was a top-notch experience and I would definitely recommend it.
