Very local and traditional style, the caponata deserves more than 5 stars??

Really authentic little Italien trattoria. Extremely good value to price ratio. Loved it, especially the eggplant antipasti starter. Friendly service.

lovely family restaurant! they only speak italian but one of the cooks came out from the kitchen to help us translate a bit. the starters were great and the atmosphere was really nice. We had a great evening and can only recommend this restaurant if you enjoy a restaurant experience that feels a bit like having a family meal. We ordered two starters, to main dishes and a litre of wine and the check came out to be roughly 24€. great value 5/5

Such a friendly owner. The place itself feels very traditional and unpretentious. Just great food and great prices. After being overcharged at every single market in Palermo, it was refreshing to go to an honest restaurant.

So glad we came here. Delicious food, kind waiter who took the time to show us photos of the food and explain what to order and incredible prices. We tried the sardine beccafico, spaghetti alla grassa, spaghetti con sarde, grilled swordfish and grilled calamari with half a litre of white wine- all for about 30 euros. Amazing! Thank you to the staff for making our experience so good!

Friendly, no-frills, and packed with regulars day drinking and carbo-loading. There’s no printed menu in this restaurant but you can go to Google and point at images & the very helpful staff will be more than happy to confirm whether they have that dish that day or not. The caponata is a must order as well as the house wine that comes from a 2 liter PET bottle. We also had the pasta chi sarde and Norma in small portions so we can have the swordfish fillet and grilled squid. We paid a little over 30€. Very cheap for a very excellent meal. The guy who welcomed us in was also more than happy to show me how to properly eat my pasta, now that’s customer service.

A family establishment with great traditional food. The owner is the friendliest person who spoke perfect english and explained all the menu with patience showing pictures! Mostly visited by regular locals at lunch time. Really reasonable prices. Booking is suggested.
