★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of my favorite meals in Rome. My husband and I got the fried zucchini flower, carbonara, and lamb. Everything was delicious and prices were fair. We came 15 minutes before opening and there was already a line but they had plenty of seats available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped by at Enzo's on our last night in Rome and it didn't disappoint. Our Italian friends told us that this place is very reputable and therefore tad bit of queue is to be expected- We were lucky and only waited about 10 mins. The carbonara and the cacio-e-pepe is to die for and their tirmisu as well as their cake of the day is a must try!!! ❤️❤️
We'd definitely be back. Recommend 10/10. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming here for many years. Never once disappointed. The best traditional meals in Roma. Service is also amazing. The tables are very close together and by the time you eat your meal you will know everyone near you. Try the Bucatini All'Amatriciana or Cacio & Pepe It is all fabulous Grazie Ciao Ci Vediamo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ate in different places during my journey in Rome and this one might be the best. Sometimes I am afraid that popular places might turn out just to be a hype but this is not the case. We tried the fried artichoke, zucchini flower, cacio e pepe, carbonara and mascarpone and they were all delicious. The lady serving the food was very fast and organized.
The only downside is the queue that you have to wait. It took about 30 minutes and you are prioritized depending on the table. To illustrate if you are 2 people but I table of 3 people is empty, they will take a group of 3 even if you are in front of them on the line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute place with friendly staff but pasta was sub par, unfortunately. I ordered the cacio e pape and the carbonara. Both lacked flavor. The cacio was chalky and not creamy and carbonara was overly salty due to the abundance of salty pork check, plus the pasta was very undercooked. I do like it al dente but this was just purely undercooked. I also ordered a side of vegetables and there quite good. Finished with tiramisu which was ok nothing special. Maybe they had a bad night but I can can better pasta at100s of other restaurants

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived in Italy for 3 months, and this was my favorite meal. The carbonara is simply amazing! Get in line before it opens -- it's worth the wait. Tip: no house wine on the menu but it's available. House Red was 7 euro for 1/2 Liter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for honest Roman food, this is the place! From lovely artichokes to the best pastas and tagliata… I had the best gnocchis of my whole life and that is a lot to say as my grandma is Italian… They also serve an incredible beef with fried spinach, and their house wine is amazing and super affordable;)
Be ready to queue for at least an hour! So bring comfy shoes.
Cant wait to go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is still my favorite restaurant in Rome even after four trips. It became my favorite in 2018 on my first trip, and I keep coming back to make sure it's as great as I remember — and it always is!
I have tried many, many other restaurants. But I always stop in Da Enzo at least once per trip, and it's always one of my favorite meals.
You'll have to wait in line, even if you show up right before they open in February during COVID... But the wait wasn't long, and it is always worth it.
