★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great trattoria in the center of Parma. They serve some authentic dishes of the city with its famous cheeses and salamis. Everything was pristine clean, the service was good and fast. The only thing we didn't like was that our steak was really raw cooked, instead of medium done that we asked for. The prices are a bit high but definitely ok with the quality you get. I recommend you to have a great evening or dinner, but make sure you make a reservation because it can be pretty full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The interior of the restaurant is very nice, I loved the decoration and the presentation of the plates was really good.
However, I honestly found the dishes a bit tasteless. They definitely looked better than they tasted.
Regarding the service, a bit slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, pretty impossible to book (tried for several days in a row, line was always busy!) so we just showed up on a Tuesday evening (don't even think to do that on a Friday or weekend without booking!)
Service was courteous and fast, food was typical parmigiano. Prices are a "normal" for the area, ie count a minimum of 25-30€ per person for antipasti, 1 main (primo or secondo) and water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent ambience, rustic design, service and overall experience. The food, though, was a bit too flat for my taste. Tasty but nothing extraordinary - except for the Parmesan cheese which was really amazing ?

The first dishes are very good. My favourite was Tagliatelle Paglia e Fieno con Ragù di salumi. But we didn’t agree. Each one had its favorite dish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great place with a traditional parmese cuisine. Old, big restaurant (so not really crowded), wonderful choice of dishes. I'm a big pasta lover and have eaten there probably the best one till now, it's just some pasta with local ham, it's called tagliolini al culatello. I could probably come back to Parma just for a plate of that delicious food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious, great evening. We managed to book a place at 19.15 we were quickly seated and got the menu. We ordered the cappelletti and tagliolini along with the tagliere of meat cuts. The food was fantastic and quite filling. Staff were friendly despite the restaurant being full. In fact towards the end of the night it started getting really hectic. Nonetheless great quality and very fair price
