★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, they brought us the bill saying the table was booked for 15 min later without having said it when we sat and they also charged us food never arrived to our table. Really disappointed for a restaurant/bar situated in the central square. Shame....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice food and ubication. Don't ask for the grilled vegetables, wasn't nice for me at least. The service is really apolite and they look after the costumer. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK food at too high a price. We asked to move to another table in the sun after which we were told all of the other tables was reserved - remember this is a standard “drop-by” place…
Two minutes later a random couple came in and sure enough it was not a problem…?
Overall, the place was overpriced, lacking of quality food and with unexcuseable bad service… avoid this place when possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classic “tourist trap”, but actual awful service. They hold “reserved” tables in the front to attract people and then place them in way worse locations - watch out for rocking tables and shady spots.
Food was ok, but overpriced.

The staff is friendly but we kind of didn’t get attention unfortunately even though there was enough staff. Can not rate the food because only had drinks, the tea was quite expensive at €7 …. Other than that its a nice posh place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally impressed by the flavours of food here. Pumpkin tortellini blew me away. Minus one star for the very slow service. Our waiter was great but he’s basically the only person in charge of the whole outdoor area. We waited for our drinks for ages even after our hot food was served. I could see other customers were getting impatient too. Don’t think it’s fair for staff and customers. Management has to make a better adjustment. Otherwise it’s the best meal I had in Parma.
