★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think they have a delicious food with good price/quality ratio. Portions are small so I reccomend appetizer or soup before main course. Also a good idea to make reservation, especially Saturday night.

The food and service were average. Maybe they were still tired from the tourist season. We ordered the spaghetti with mantis shrimp sauce and the fish of the day with seasonal veggies. Both were ok, though lacking somewhat. The prices weren’t bad for Venice standards, but I would have been happier spending it on something simpler, like Pizza, where at least you can shrug your shoulders and move on instead of feeling like you missed something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The very best food we had in Venice! Delicious raw fish (crudo) with bread and a light tomato & red pepper sauce as a starter was our favorite, but pasta and main courses also were superb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this place while exploring the strip of bars along the canal. Booked for a few nights later as it was fully booked and had good online reviews. By the time my reservation came along, I was doubting my choice. HOWEVER, the food was completely delicious and lovingly made. The service was kindly. Non of the tourism fatigue I've found in other places in the city. I'd imagine the menu changes depending on the season, but the chocolate pudding I had put a smile on my face that lasted the rest of the night! Well worth the walk!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good price for Venice standards. We ordered mantis shrimp spaghetti and codfish in mushroom sauce. I totally loved the spaghetti for its simple yet balanced flavour. The codfish came across as a bit fishy but the way they cooked the fish here was very unique and the sauce that accompanied the fish was very tasty. Gave 4 stars because the waitress didn't have very good service (typical Italian way) and she didn't smile at all. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely delicious, authentic food for a really fair price - 100€ for 2 starters, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, bottle of water, bottle of really good white wine and 2 espressi. We paid much more for much less and bad food in Venice...
Small card that seems to change a bit every now and then.
Every dish oozes love for good food.
Service was kind and attentive.
Nice, family/local atmosphere.
Probably a good idea to reserve if you want to sit in the lovely backyard since space is rather limited.
