Lo conosco e frequento da diversi anni e, In assoluto, è uno dei migliori locali di Verona e provincia( e io ne ho testati parecchi!!) dove gustare e apprezzare la specialità "locale": il carrello dei "Bolliti". Ottimi anche gli arrosti, la pasta fatta in casa, i contorni in genere, la Pearà e il carrello dei dolci anch'essi fatti in casa. Buona selezione dei vini, Servizio ottimo, curato, cordiale e attento e rapporto qualità, quantità e conto, a mio modesto parere, più che congruo. Locale non adatto per vegani-vegetariani o per chi pretende "l'insalatina e la fettina magra senza grasso".
 A warranty!!! I have known and frequented it for several years and, by far, it is one of the best places in Verona and its province (and I have tested several!) Where you can taste and appreciate the "local" specialty: the "Bolliti" cart. Also excellent are the roasts, homemade pasta, side dishes in general, Pearà and the trolley of homemade desserts. Good selection of wines, excellent service, attentive, friendly and attentive and value for quality, quantity and bill, in my humble opinion, more than adequate. Place not suitable for vegans-vegetarians or for those who expect "salad and lean slice without fat".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta presso la Pergola. Ottima cucina, piatti tradizionali della cucina veronese, carrello carni ben fornito, pearà a volontà e per gli amanti dei dolci c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta.
First time at the Pergola. Excellent cuisine, traditional Veronese dishes, well-stocked meat cart, pearà at will and for sweets lovers there is plenty of choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente il miglior ristorante in assoluto per la qualità e l’assortimento del carrello dei bolliti e arrosti. Speciali anche i primi piatti ed i dolci. Buona la scelta vini. Cordialità, tradizione, mestiere. Consiglio di prenotare con discreto anticipo per cenare.
Surely the best restaurant ever for the quality and assortment of the boiled meats and roasts. The first courses and desserts are also special. Good wine selection. Friendliness, tradition, craft. I recommend booking well in advance to dine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È sempre un piacere venire in questo ristorante sia per l'accoglienza di Stefano ed Ornella, sia per il menù classico veneto. Abbiamo cenato con uno strepitoso risotto all'isolana e come secondo il classico carrello di bolliti ed arrosti accompagnati da verdure cotte e crude e dall' immancabile salsa PEARA'..... per concludere una bella scelta di dolci tutti squisiti e la gran parte fatti in casa. Consigliatissimo... a presto ?
It is always a pleasure to come to this restaurant both for the welcome of Stefano and Ornella, and for the classic Venetian menu. We had dinner with an amazing risotto all'isolana and as a second course of boiled and roasted meats accompanied by cooked and raw vegetables and the inevitable PEARA 'sauce ..... to conclude a nice choice of desserts all exquisite and most homemade. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo nell'entroterra veronese, un territorio che fa della tradizione culinaria la propria forza. Il ristorante si presente con uno stile piuttosto classico ed il personale è accogliente. Ma il suo vero punto di forza sono le svariate proposte gastronomiche. Qui si abbina la qualità alla quantità i piatti sono ben eseguiti e la materia prima di ottima qualità. Il carrello dei bolliti è uno spettacolo tanto da fargli un video. Il prezzo medio è un po alto rispetto alla media ma ne vale assolutamente la pena. Consigliatissimo.
We are in the Veronese hinterland, a territory that makes culinary tradition its strength. The restaurant has a rather classic style and the staff are welcoming. But its real strength are the various gastronomic proposals. Here quality is combined with quantity, the dishes are well executed and the raw material of excellent quality. The boiled meats cart is a show enough to make a video of it. The average price is a bit high compared to the average but it is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended.
