Locale piacevole dove servono pesci d’acqua dolce cotti bene e buoni. Buono i risotti e buono l’antipasto con salame mantovano e speck cotto. Buoni pure i dessert ?, brava e simpatica la cameriera che ci ha seguiti durante il pranzo e bravo lo chef! Torneremo con piacere!!! A nice and well-kept restaurant, located in the middle of the countryside with a small road with water ditches on both sides. Pleasant place where well-cooked and good freshwater fish are served. The risotto is good and the appetizer with Mantuan salami and cooked speck is good. The desserts are also good ?, the waitress who followed us during lunch and the chef is good and nice! We will come back with pleasure !!!

Ho apprezzato molto il riso sia quello con le rane che quello coi saltarei (piccoli gamberi di fiume); tortelli di zucca e al recioto, insomma un bel mix di tipici piatti Mantovani, condito da un buon vino. Servizio buono. A very pretty trattoria with classic white and red checkered tablecloths and very well-kept furnishings in which traditional objects are present. I enjoyed the rice both with the frogs and the skewers (small river prawns); tortelli di zucca and al recioto, in short, a nice mix of typical Mantuan dishes, seasoned with a good wine. Good service.

S	Simone Stancari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo molti anni in cui porto amici in questo luogo a cena, devo proprio lamentare una vertiginosa discesa agli inferi: sala gelida ( non esagero: il riscaldamento era spento!!!!) , Riso con le rane ( forse rimaste nella padella) scarso e anonimo, ganascino ( era palesemente un lesso duro e vecchio) mistificato con i funghi che cercavano di mascherare i pregi della carne. Al tavolo tutti sono rimasti delusi dalle dimensioni dei piatti e dal loro contenuto risicato. Peccato dover dire addio per sempre. After many years in which I bring friends to this place for dinner, I have to complain about a dizzying descent into hell: cold room (I am not exaggerating: the heating was off !!!!), Rice with frogs (perhaps left in the pan) poor and anonymous, ganascino (it was clearly a hard and old boiled meat) mystified with mushrooms that tried to mask the qualities of the meat. Everyone at the table was disappointed with the size of the dishes and their narrow content. Too bad to have to say goodbye forever.

Di qui, a farla da padrone, è il riso alla pilota, ed alla Pecora Nera potete azzardarlo in compagnia con qualche bis oppure così, da solo. Oltre ad esso le specialità con le rane, i pesciolini, il pesce gatto… Il locale è semplice, non grande, ma una serata in compagnia scivola via serenamente e degustando di tutto di più a prezzi assolutamente onesti. This area between Verona and Mantua is famous for its way of conceiving rice and its tradition. D	Debby DEBORA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location fuori Mantova molto piacevole , ottimo vino alla spina (non il solito lambrusco) , nota negativa piatti buoni ma scarsi , col fritto di pesce gatto (solo 2 pesciolini) almeno 1 fetta di polenta va data compresa nel non modico prezzo del piatto , invece era da ordinare a parte , prezzo leggermente superiore alla media rispetto alla quantità di cibo , siamo usciti con la fame . Il cibo in sé è buono comunque , ma non tornerei. Very pleasant location outside Mantua, excellent draft wine (not the usual Lambrusco), negative note good but scarce dishes, with fried catfish (only 2 small fish) at least 1 slice of polenta must be given included in the not modest price of the dish, instead it was to be ordered separately, slightly above average price compared to the quantity of food, we went out hungry. The food itself is good anyway, but I wouldn't go back.

Non si può fare altro che consigliarlo!!! Davvero complimenti e continuate così! As soon as we left this beautiful restaurant, we ended up here by chance, and what about great food! Mi è piaciuto l'ambiente caloroso sia nell'arredamento che nel personale e nei gestori. Tutto ottimo,tappa super approvata. Unico lato negativo è il caos che si crea non avendo un controsoffitto adeguato. Found on the web by chance looking for rice to the pilot and we found the right place! 2 risottos 1 appetizer 1 side dish 2 desserts wine water 2 covered coffee 50 euros. I liked the warm environment both in the decor and in the staff and managers. All excellent, super approved stage. The only downside is the chaos created by not having an adequate ceiling.
