★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a setting. Right in the center of a beautiful medieval piazza in the heart of historical city. Come and linger, have an aperitivo, then move to the small and intimate dining room upstairs. I highly recommend the tagliatelle ai funghi when in season, the rabbit (not always on the menu), and the gnocchi di zucca (squash gnocchi). The desserts are also very good, especially the “mille foglie”. Reservations are mandatory if you want a place upstairs, otherwise, you can sit in the rustic “osteria” downstairs, but it gets a little noisy.
