Sono a casa 24/7 e non esco da nessuna parte. Questa informazione non è vera. Nessuno ha chiamato, nessuno è venuto da me. Esigo la consegna del pacco a casa, come dovrebbe essere! This company is not trustworthy. The site says there have been 2 delivery attempts, even though the courier has not actually arrived. I'm home 24/7 and I don't go out anywhere. This information is not true. Nobody called, nobody came to me. I demand home delivery of the package, as it should be!

Hanno falsamente dichiarato che il primo tentativo di consegna non era andato a buon fine poiché il destinatario non era in casa. In realtà il mancato tentativo di consegna è comprovato da una telecamera sita nell’abitazione. Ho così riprogrammato la consegna per il Giorno successivo nella fascia oraria 9-13 ma la consegna è stata effettuata solo nel pomeriggio alle 16 e 30 E per di più avevo pagato un prezzo maggiorato per ottenere una consegna più veloce (1/2 gg lavorativi) data la necessità di avere il mio prodotto il prima possibile. Non ho potuto indossare un capo per un evento importante nonostante il pacco fosse in giacenza alla sede di Marsala. Un'azienda top come la Max & Co dovrebbe appoggiarsi a corrieri più seri. Privi di qualunque etica del lavoro. Questa volta invieremo però un formale reclamo a GLS Italia contro questa filiale. E per favore risparmiatevi le risposte alle recensioni con "ci dispiace bla bla bla..." che sono ridicole oltre che ipocrite. Mi vergognerei piuttosto fossi in voi. This firm is embarrassing! Nessuna informazione sulla data e ora del ritiro, nessuna chiamata per concordare il ritiro, eppure oltre ad aver fornito il numero di cell. alla ditta fornitrice del materiale ordinato, è esposta sul muro di casa una tabella con un numero di recapito. Ma nulla, nessuna chiamata ai due recapiti. Ho provato più volte a chiamare l'unico numero di contatto gls di Trapani, ma nessuno che risponda. La voce registrata ti tiene diversi minuti al tel., sembrerebbe possibile parlare con un operatore, ma non lo è per nulla. Pessima organizzazione, pessimo servizio. Eppure basterebbe una telefonata per risolvere il tutto. Non avrei voluto recensire. Forse sarebbe mwglio cambiare mestiere. The courier should pick up a package. Il pacco era arrivato in sede sabato notte, non si sono degnati di portarmela in mattinata stessa perché sicuramente essendo mezza giornata di lavoro non andava a genio di portarmela fino al mio paese, vabbè sorvoliamo la cosa. Con mia sorpresa scopro che oggi pomeriggio era stato fatto un tentativo di consegna... ma quando!? Io ero in casa ad aspettare il corriere, non ha suonato nessuno o quanto meno il buon senso di chiamare il destinatario del pacco, non ci si comporta così, dovete avere l'obbligo del buon senso e professionale DI CHIAMARE! E quel che è peggio non date modo di ricontattare il corriere e peggio ancora chiamandovi in sede risponde solo la voce automatica anziché parlare con una persona fisica.
