★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi chiamano per fissare appuntanento e poi non si presentano.prima scrivono che l indirizzo è errato e non è vero,poi scrivono che sono irrintracciabile e non è vero perche non mi hanno mai chiamto e per ultimo i pacchi risultano consegnati ma a chi??il peggior servizio mai avuto
They call me to fix appointments and then they don't show up.First they write that the address is wrong and it's not true, then they write that I'm untraceable and it's not true because they never called me and lastly the packages are delivered but to whom? the worst service ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avessi potuto mettere zero stelle l'avrei fatto!! Ho un negozio e ricevo merce da 20 anni con ogni tipo di corriere. Ma un servizio scarso come questo non mi era mai capitato.
Sono venuti a consegnare un giorno in cui, purtroppo, non c'eravamo. Loro non avvisano. Non si può non avvisare chi attende un bancale enorme con poltrone, sedie ecc.... Non si è pronti ogni giorno ad accettare un tale quantitativo di merce. E poi tengono la merce bloccata nel loro magazzino senza provare o concordare una seconda consegna perché devono essere ripagati dal mittente. Strane clausole...
Quindi la merce è ferma da una settimana nei loro magazzini e chissà quando la riceverò.
Dal mio punto di vista pessimo servizio.
If I could have put zero stars I would have done it !! I have a shop and have been receiving goods for 20 years with all types of couriers. But poor service like this has never happened to me.
They came to deliver one day when, unfortunately, we weren't there. They don't warn. It is impossible not to warn those who are waiting for a huge pallet with armchairs, chairs, etc .... You are not ready every day to accept such a quantity of goods. And then they keep the goods locked in their warehouse without trying or agreeing on a second delivery because they have to be paid for by the sender. Strange clauses ...
So the goods have been standing still for a week in their warehouses and who knows when I will receive them.
From my point of view bad service.
