★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'incompetenza nel mondo dei corrieri espressi. La mia spedizione è arrivata ieri mattina da Napoli, ieri non sono passati, e a tutt'oggi (ore 17:20) non si sono ancora visti. E io qui a casa ad aspettare. Molto meglio le Poste Italiane. La spedizione è arrivata alle 17:25, penso grazie all'intervento del servizio clienti dopo il mio reclamo.
Secondo disservizio:
Un altro disservizio oggi. Il servizio clienti conferma consegna oggi, ma il corriere non è ancora passato. Sono le 19:12 !!!
The incompetence in the world of express couriers. My expedition arrived yesterday morning from Naples, yesterday did not pass, and to this day (17:20) have not yet been seen. And I here at home waiting. Much better the Italian Post Office. The shipment arrived at 17:25, I think thanks to customer service after my complaint.
Second disservice:
Another disservice today. The customer service delivery confirmation today, but the courier has not yet passed. It's 19:12 !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sede mai rintracciabile, corriere su Trapani scansafatiche e che invece di consegnare i pacchi indica a caso sconosciuto oppure indica come non trovato al domicilio senza neanche scendere dal furgone.
La direzione generale di Milano non è da meno, rispondendo alle mail con frasi standard e disinteressandosi completamente dei clienti.
1 stella è già troppo. Per GLS dovrebbero usare le cacche.
Headquarters never traceable, courier on slackers and which instead of delivering the parcels indicates at random unknown or indicates as not found at home without even getting out of the van.
The general management of Milan is not far behind, responding to emails with standard phrases and completely disinterested in customers.
1 star is already too much. For GLS they should use pooches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pacco consegnato al numero civico sbagliato e lanciato dentro il cancello e non in mano, firmato a nome mio e col cognome per giunta sbagliato... cose dell’altro mondo!!!!
Quando il corriere si è rimesso in auto mi ha telefonata dicendomi che “mi aveva consegnato il pacco”... CHE SCHIFO
Parcel delivered to the wrong house number and thrown inside the gate and not in my hand, signed in my name and with the wrong surname ... things from the other world !!!!
When the courier got back in the car he phoned me and told me that "he had delivered the package" ... THAT SUCK
