★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Orari sbagliati sul sito internet, sono dovuto partire all' alba per essere a Porto Empedocle alle 10 ma la nave partiva alle 12:30.
Very bad. Wrong times on the website, I had to leave at dawn to be in Porto Empedocle at 10 but the ship left at 12:30.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza ieri sera all'imbarco di questa compagnia di trasporti nella tratta Trapani- Pantelleria, dopo 2 ore di attesa in fila con regolare prenotazione e dopo che davanti a noi fecero passare molti camion e diversi tir , ci hanno comunicato che il nostro mezzo assieme ad altri già prenotati come noi non potevano imbarcarsi per overbooking, nessuno ci ha saputo dare spiegazioni. Camion che dovevano consegnare merce già pagata e che serviva per diversi scopi, addirittura cera pure uno che doveva consegnare delle opere d'arte per un museo del luogo. Gente che veniva chi da Roma chi da Napoli chi da Palermo e che ci siamo trovati a decidere dove passare la notte visto che nel frattempo si sono fatti le 01 del mattino. VERGOGNA
Bad experience last night at the boarding of this transport company in the Trapani-Pantelleria section, after 2 hours of waiting in line with regular booking and after many trucks and several trucks passed in front of us, they informed us that our vehicle together to others already booked as we could not embark for overbooking, nobody has been able to give explanations. Trucks that had to deliver goods already paid for and that served several purposes, even one that was supposed to deliver works of art for a local museum. People who came from Rome who from Naples who from Palermo and who we found ourselves deciding where to spend the night since in the meantime it was 01:00 in the morning. SHAME

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled in September and it was a great ship. Clean cabins (w/good AC), with a clean atmosphere. I used the Siremar ferry prior to this one and it was garbage!
