★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely delicious pasta dishes made with pasta that's handmade on the premises. The pasta is "trafilata al bronzo", meaning pressed through a bronze die. This gives the outer surface a higher porosity and thus flavor absorption potential. The difference is minimal yet it is there. The love of pasta making tradition is probably another factor here. This particular restaurant has mastered the making of high quality sauces from premium ingredients as well, resulting in exquisite dishes. My friend had an incredible carbonara, the original, made from an egg yolk and pecorino emulsion ; my summer truffle cream sauce was to die for as well. The tiramisù has a surprise in it ! Highly recommended !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and quick service, tasty antipastis offered by the house. Perfect pastas: we ordered cannellonis bolognaise and gnocchis with tomato sauce, they were perfectly cooked and really delicious.
