★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'esperienza unica provata il 1 agosto, avendo prenotato circa 15/20 gg prima. Credo sia una bella esperienza provare la cucina di un Trabucco, forse più per la location è la propria storia che per la cucina. Menù fisso a pezzo fissato 50€, non adatto per i bambini (solitamente propongono menù bimbi a 30€). Bella la location cibo buono, personale giovane e molto gentile. Spazio contenuto, il nostro tavolo era vicino l'ingresso della cucina. Peccato che quando si alza il vento bisogna decidere se aprire lo spesso telone in plastica che ripara dal vento ma rendere incrementa il calore all'interno, o lasciarsi spettinare dal vento (soprattutto per chi siete vicino il parapetto) e tenere ogni tanto i bicchieri vuoti. Il locale ha un parcheggio dedicato, ai piedi della collina, a circa 500mt a piedi. Peccato che quel giorno è capitato che si è sviluppato un incendio enorme nei boschi sopra le colline, tale da indurci a spostare le auto dal parcheggio sotto la collina alla bordo della nazionale. In questo parapiglia al ristorante hanno ripreso indietro dei piatti purtroppo non finiti (ci siamo alzati di soprassalto per la paura dopo aver visto il fumo e le fiamme provenire dal bosco sull'appennino). Tutto sommato si è mangiato discretamente bene, ed il prezzo sconta principalmente la particolarità' ed esclusività del posto. Ampia la gamma di gadget del Trabucco.
 A unique experience tried on August 1st, having booked about 15/20 days before. I think it is a great experience to try the cuisine of a Trabucco, perhaps more for the location is its own story than for the cuisine. Fixed menu for a fixed piece € 50, not suitable for children (usually they offer children's menus for € 30). Beautiful location, good food, young and very kind staff. Small space, our table was near the kitchen entrance. Too bad that when the wind rises you have to decide whether to open the thick plastic sheet that protects from the wind but increase the heat inside, or let yourself be disheveled by the wind (especially for those who are near the parapet) and keep the glasses empty every now and then . The restaurant has a dedicated parking lot at the foot of the hill, about 500m away on foot. Too bad that that day it happened that a huge fire developed in the woods above the hills, such as to induce us to move the cars from the parking lot below the hill to the edge of the national road. In this turmoil at the restaurant, unfortunately unfinished dishes were taken back (we got up with a start in fear after seeing the smoke and flames coming from the woods on the Apennines). All in all, we ate fairly well, and the price mainly discounts the particularity and exclusivity of the place. Wide range of Trabucco gadgets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful place, well maintained and with a good service. However the price/quality ratio has been not worth it. 50 euro per person for a fixed menu (wine excluded). All the food has been pre-prepared and warmed up. I would much prefer to order a first and/or second course prepaded on the spot and pay a full price for it, instead of having 2 appetizers with 5 varieties each, the first course, the second course, the frittura and deserts that I'm still digesting at 11 p.m., when we'd been to the place for lunch. It's a pity, as with a bit different approach to the kitchen the place would definitely deserve 5 stars.
