★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo anni lo riprovo e sono rimasto un po' deluso.
Location molto carina con vista, tutto ristrutturato.
Il menu si prospetta alla carta molto buono peccato per il risultato all'assaggio tutto un po' sciapo.
Antipasto, carpaccio di pesce spada con scaglie di tartufo, davvero peccato, dopo il primo boccone il tartufo spiana completamente il resto.
Il soute di cozze annegato in acqua di cottura le cozze a mollo in questo brodino andavano ripescate e a dirla tutta non erano neanche pulite proprio benissimo...
Passando al primo una pasta con gli scampi un po' deludente pasta scotta e salsa di pomodoro che non sa di pesce anzi un po' acidina...
Poi come secondo seppioline e piselli che non sapevano di nulla non so davvero che cosa caspita sta succedendo.
Per pulire la bocca un paio di dolci, cassata siciliana buona ma palesemente non fatta in casa e mousse al ciocclato che invece era una cheesecake al cioccolato però non male.
Servizio un pelo emozionato ma gentile e professionale.
Conto abbastanza salato per quello che abbiamo mangiato.
In conclusione farei un pelo più attenzione alla qualità dei sughi perché tutto sommato il pesce a me è piaciuto... Anche se poco valorizzato.

Very nice location with a view, all renovated.
The menu promises to be very good à la carte, too bad for the result of the tasting all a bit bland.
Appetizer, swordfish carpaccio with truffle flakes, really shame, after the first bite the truffle completely levels the rest.
The soute of mussels drowned in cooking water the mussels soaked in this broth had to be fished out and to be honest they were not even cleaned very well ...
Moving on to the first one a pasta with scampi a little disappointing overcooked pasta and tomato sauce that does not taste of fish but a little acidic ...
Then as a second cuttlefish and peas that didn't know anything I don't really know what the heck is going on.
To cleanse the mouth a couple of desserts, good Sicilian cassata but clearly not homemade and chocolate mousse which was instead a chocolate cheesecake but not bad.
Service a little excited but kind and professional.
Pretty salty account for what we ate.
In conclusion, I would pay a little more attention to the quality of the sauces because all in all I liked the fish ... Even if little valued.
