★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto perfetto, dall'accoglienza impeccabile del proprietario sempre pronto a dispensare ottimi consigli e molto premuroso, la posizione strategica della casa, adatta a visitare il piccolo centro, il lago e i vari sentieri che il bosco offre. Pulizia impeccabile, casa dotata di ogni comfort. Che dire, è stato un weekend indimenticabile, sicuramente da rifare, grazie di tutto!
 Everything perfect, from the impeccable welcome of the owner always ready to dispense excellent advice and very thoughtful, the strategic position of the house, suitable for visiting the small town, the lake and the various paths that the forest offers. Impeccable cleanliness, house equipped with every comfort. What can I say, it was an unforgettable weekend, certainly to be redone, thanks for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotata l'intera casa vacanza (ginestra a piano terra e acero a primo con mansarda) per trascorrere lo scorso weekend di fine ottobre, in compagnia di amici e relative famiglie, e sono stati tre giorni davvero indimenticabile per tutti, grandi e piccini, per cui ringraziamo ancora Lorenzo, proprietario di questo bellissimo edificio tra il bosco e il lago arvo, che ci ha accolto con grande gentilezza, facendoci trovare una casa già riscaldata dal pomeriggio, anche con stufa a legna accesa, visto il nostro arrivo in serata e le basse temperature della zona.... edificio dotato di ogni comfort e ottimamente gestito e curato: bagno indipendente (ad ogni livello) e molto pulito, come anche il soggiorno dotato di frigo e cucina ad induzione molto comoda e veloce per cuocere/riscaldare pietanze varie, unitamente a piccolo fornello elettrico; riscaldamento a ventilconvettori ad alta efficienza che, grazie anche ad un ottima coibentazione termica dell'edificio riducono al minimo i consumi di gas (pagato solo 8€ per consumo di gas e luce in tre giorni, senza neanche necessità di dover riaccendere la stufa a legna !!!!); Sistema di rete Wifi interno ottimo che consente di utilizzare internet e social senza problemi e ad alta velocità... insomma davvero non potevamo trovare di meglio per trascorrere in totale serenità e divertimento il weekend, grazie anche agli ottimi consigli fornitici da Lorenzo, sia riguardo ai luoghi da visitare (a lorica come pure nelle vicinanze) nonché sui locali dove pranzare o cenare...a proposito consigliatissima la terrazza sull'arvo di Serafino da 5 stelle anche lui !!!!... insomma davvero grazie da tutti noi a Lorenzo con l'augurio di poterci tornare a soggiornare al più presto nel suo bell'edificio di lorica, anche per poter rivedere gli splendidi paesaggi e tanti luoghi di interesse e divertimento che questa zona della Sila sa riservare in ogni periodo dell'anno e, non per ultimo, poter riassaporare le squisite tagliatelle ai porcini, piuttosto che i fusilli del pastore con salsiccia, di Serafino, alla terrazza sull'arvo..... grazie ancora a Lorenzo e un arrivederci a presto... consigliatissimo..5 stelle !!!..
Booked the entire holiday home (broom on the ground floor and maple on the first floor with attic) to spend the last weekend at the end of October, in the company of friends and their families, and they were truly unforgettable three days for everyone, young and old, for to whom we again thank Lorenzo, owner of this beautiful building between the woods and the Arvo lake, who welcomed us with great kindness, letting us find a house already heated by the afternoon, even with the wood stove on, given our arrival in the evening and the low temperatures in the area .... building equipped with every comfort and well managed and cared for: independent bathroom (at each level) and very clean, as well as the living room with fridge and very comfortable and fast induction cooker for cooking / heating dishes various, together with a small electric stove; high efficiency fan coil heating which, thanks also to an excellent thermal insulation of the building, reduces gas consumption to a minimum (paid only € 8 for gas and light consumption in three days, without even having to re-ignite the wood stove !!!!); Excellent internal Wifi network system that allows you to use the internet and social networks without problems and at high speed ... in short, we really could not find better to spend the weekend in total serenity and fun, thanks also to the excellent advice provided by Lorenzo, both regarding to the places to visit (in Lorica as well as in the vicinity) as well as on the places to have lunch or dinner ... by the way, the 5-star terrace on the Arvo di Serafino is highly recommended too !!!! ... in short, really thanks from all of us to Lorenzo with the hope of being able to return to stay there as soon as possible in his beautiful building in Lorica, also to be able to review the splendid landscapes and many places of interest and entertainment that this area of the Sila knows how to reserve at any time of the year and , last but not least, to be able to savor the exquisite tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, rather than the shepherd's fusilli with sausage, by Serafino, on the terrace sull'arvo ..... thanks again to Lorenzo and see you soon. esto ... highly recommended..5 stars !!! ..
