Nice on-site support, very good selection of high-quality holiday apartments, often with 2 bedrooms, but affordable for the region. Office available at any time, should be something. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten hatte ich eine Rückantwort via WhatsApp. Habe noch nie, wirklich nie erlebt, dass etwas so schnell und perfekt gelöst wurde. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten hatte wir einen neuen Türöffner der uns gebracht wurde und das an einem Sonntag. Super tolle Aktion. Vielen Dank nochmals, ihr seid toll. They are really great. We had a small problem with the remote controls of the farm gate at the cottage. Within a few minutes, I had a response via WhatsApp. I've never, never really experienced that something was solved so quickly and perfectly. Within 10 minutes we had a new door opener brought to us on a Sunday. Great action. Thanks again, you are great.
M	M H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir kamen pünktlich 14.30 im Büro an, jedoch kam erst 15.00 jemand. Kann passieren.... Die Wohnung entsprach überhaupt nicht unserer Vorstellung. Die Schlafräume waren dunkel, es roch muffig, an den Wänden war teilweise Schimmel. Ein Schlafraum ist nur für ein Kind zu nutzen, ein Erwachsener ist zu groß für das Bett. Einige technische Geräte funktionierten nicht, auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu Wünschen übrig. Die Matratzen waren extrem durchgelegen. Diese Mängel teilten wir mit und unseren Wunsch die Wohnung zu tauschen , auch gegen einen Aufpreis, oder zu stornieren, beides war nicht möglich, wie man uns sehr unfreundlich mitteilte. Als meine Frau um eine Bestätigung der genannten Mängel bat, wurde sie kurzerhand aus dem Büro gedrängt. Ich möchte unbedingt erwähnen, das wir seit über 20 Jahren Ferienwohnung mieten und noch nie etwas bemängelt haben, auch wenn einmal Kleinigkeiten auftraten. Ich kann diese Agentur nicht empfehlen! Der Eigentümer der Wohnung sprach uns dann an und versuchte zumindest uns zu helfen, was jedoch nur eingeschränkt möglich war. The bedrooms were dark, it smelled musty, on the walls was partially mold. A bedroom is only for a child to use, an adult is too big for the bed. Some technical devices did not work, also the cleanliness left to be desired. The mattresses were extremely worn out. These shortcomings we shared with and our desire to change the apartment, even at an additional cost, or to cancel, both was not possible, as we were told very rude. When my wife asked for confirmation of the above-mentioned deficiencies, she was summarily removed from the office. I would like to mention that we have been renting holiday apartments for more than 20 years and have never complained about anything, even if minor details occurred. I can not recommend this agency! The owner of the apartment then spoke to us and at least tried to help us, which was only possible to a limited extent.

Wir waren zu sechst und hatten reichlich Platz - drinnen wie draußen auf der großzügigen Terrasse und am sauberen Pool oder dem gepflegten Rasen. Alles was man braucht ist da, supersauber, ordentlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zum Gardasee läuft man etwa 5 Minuten, der Blick vom Balkon direkt auf den See ist unbezahlbar. Die Mitarbeiterinnen von Garda FeWo waren äußerst freundlich und entgegenkommend. Also ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, immer wieder gern! Vielen Dank!!! What a great apartment! There were six of us and there was plenty of space - inside and outside on the spacious terrace and by the clean pool or the well-kept lawn. Everything you need is there, super clean, neat and tastefully decorated. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Lake Garda, the view from the balcony directly onto the lake is priceless. The Garda FeWo staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. So a completely successful holiday, always happy! Many thanks!!!
