Lo raccomando vivamente anche per la simpatia dei proprietari.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach eine traumhafte Ölmanufaktur, sehr auf Umwelt und Nachhaltigkeit bedacht und im Einklang mit der Tierwelt, die hier eher als Mitarbeiter denn als Nutzvieh verstanden werden. Herzliche, bodenständige Besitzer, die gerne viel zeigen und erklären und trotz viel Arbeit uns trotzdem einen kurzen Besuch einrichten konnten.
Ach und das Öl? Vielleicht das beste ganz Italiens.
Simply a dreamlike oil factory, very careful with the environment and sustainability and in harmony with the animal world, which is understood here more as employees than as livestock. Warm, down-to-earth owners who like to show and explain a lot and, despite a lot of work, were still able to arrange a short visit for us.
Oh and the oil? Perhaps the best in all of Italy.

Die Inhaber haben sich ausführlich Zeit für uns genommen und auf eine tolle Weise sowohl die Herstellung als auch die diversen Unterscheidungsmerkmale von Olivenölen erklärt. Das hergestellte Olivenöl schmeckt uns wunderbar - in allerbester Qualität. So stellt man sich Olivenölherstellung und Probe vor. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !!
Beautiful and original place in the hinterland of Bardolino. Very friendly owner. The owners took their time for us and explained both the production and the various distinguishing features of olive oils in a great way. The olive oil produced tastes wonderful to us - in the very best quality. This is how one imagines olive oil production and tasting. We will be back definitely !!
