★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio scarsamente rifornito e con personale non sempre simpatico. Qualsiasi tipo di giocattoli chiedi non c'è mai e devi sempre aspettare settimane per averlo. Prezzi troppo alti e spesso problemi nel parcheggio. C'è sicuramente di meglio.
Shop poorly stocked and staff not always friendly. Any kind of toys you ask for is never there and you always have to wait weeks for it. Prices too high and often problems in parking. There is certainly better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fornitissimo negozio. Si trova un po' di tutto, specie giocattoli elettronici e ultra moderni. Avrei piacere di vedere più giochi "di una volta"..con il legno, costruzioni, puzzle; per stimolare maggiormente i bimbi.
Ma così vanno i tempi. Personale cortese, parcheggio un po' difficile nelle ore di punta.
Well-stocked shop. You can find a bit of everything, especially electronic and ultra modern toys. I would like to see more "than once" games .. with wood, constructions, puzzles; to stimulate children more.
But that's the way it goes. Courteous staff, parking a little difficult at peak times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst toy shop we have ever been in. The sad part is we would have spent a lot of money in there buying the overpriced rubbish , just because of the love for our little one. But instead because of the rudeness of the shop owner and her aggressive behaviour we decided to just buy a small item.
As we were paying for the small item, the owner was slandering us to her "friend" standing right next to us!! She didn't seem to care that we understood what she was saying and clearly felt it was ok to do so. We wanted to walk out with nothing !! She was lucky !
This owner needs to learn some valuable lessons on how to run an efficient business and has clearly lost her passion for selling toys to children !! It was like walking into a toy shop owned by the GRINCH.
We most certainly will not be coming back to the shop as it wasn't a pleasant experience and in the end it made our daughter cry.
It's people like this owner who wonder why so many customers are moving to buying on Amazon , but it's experiences like this that make the transition so much easier !
