 Hospitality worthy of such an adjective! Superb cuisine and beautiful environment! We hosted several artists in the structure and everyone was enthusiastic about the service and courtesy !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato per alcuni anni al Felicioni, mi sono sempre trovato molto bene, personale simpatico, posto pulito, appartamenti accoglienti, ubicato in una bellissima posizione, proprio all'inizio del lungomare di roseto. Peccato però che abbiamo rovinato una struttura perfette per le vacanze, trasformandola, di fatto, in un centro di accoglienza.
Un vero peccato.
I was at Felicioni for a few years, I always found myself very well, nice staff, clean place, cozy apartments, located in a beautiful location, right at the beginning of the roseto promenade. It is a pity, however, that we have ruined a structure that is perfect for the holidays, transforming it, in fact, into a reception center.
Such a pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei iniziare dicendo che io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo viaggiato molto ed abbiamo alloggiato in varie strutture dagli hotels alle pensioni nei campeggi fino al noleggio di camper sia in Italia che all estero. ma un ospitalità, una gentilezza per non parlare della simpatia dei proprietari del Residence Felicioni, è stata cosa rara da vedere...sono anche stata fornita di ricette dolciarie squisite che naturalmente ho riproposto al mio ritorno a casa ad amici e parenti..ah ah ah . La vista panoramica che dava sul mare è qualcosa d incredibile ..dava una pace nell animo.. ho ancora impressa la visuale dalla finestra dell appartamento. L appartamento era fornito di tutto da una cucina spaziosa e comoda un bagno confortevole e una bella camera da letto a prezzi eccezionali alla portata di tutti ...Residence Felicioni un nome una garanzia...per chi vuole vivere giorni di felicità... ;)
I would like to start by saying that my boyfriend and I have traveled a lot and we have stayed in various structures from hotels to pensions at campsites up to the rental of campers both in Italy and abroad. but a hospitality, a kindness not to mention the sympathy of the owners of the Residence Felicioni, it was a rare thing to see ... I was also provided with exquisite confectionary recipes that naturally I have proposed again on my return home to friends and relatives..ah ha ha. The panoramic view overlooking the sea is something incredible ... it gave a peace of mind ... I still have the view from the apartment window. The apartment was equipped with everything from a spacious and comfortable kitchen to a comfortable bathroom and a beautiful bedroom at exceptional prices for everyone ... Residence Felicioni a name a guarantee ... for those who want to live days of happiness ... ;)

Luogo tranquillo , e all'interno una enorme piscina. Si mangia anche bene.
Costo della camera matrimoniale 50 € a notte.
Consigliatissimo per chi viaggia ed anche vacanza.
Magnificent hotel a little retro, but everything is there and it is convenient to get there at any time of the night.
Quiet place, and a huge swimming pool inside. You also eat well.
Cost of the double room 50 € per night.
Highly recommended for travelers and even vacationers.
