★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato a Dicembre 2021 un giocattolo che poteva essere utilizzato solo con un app del cellulare.
Peccato che il gioco era così vecchio che l’applicazione nemmeno esisteva più e quindi il gioco era inutilizzabile. Non avendo più lo scontrino , ma avendo la transazione bancaria con data e ora , comunque mi hanno detto che erano impossibilitati nel risarcirmi o cambiare con altro.
Staff di San Giuliano davvero scarso con assistenza al cliente pari a zero, incapaci di recuperare uno scontrino pur avendo la data e l’ora esatta di effettuato pagamento, per un gioco tra l’altro che non potrebbe nemmeno per legge essere più in vendita.
Davvero deludente.
 Bought in December 2021 a toy that could only be used with a mobile app.
Too bad that the game was so old that the application didn't even exist anymore and therefore the game was unusable. Not having the receipt anymore, but having the bank transaction with date and time, however they told me that they were unable to refund me or change with something else.
San Giuliano staff really poor with zero customer assistance, unable to retrieve a receipt despite having the exact date and time of payment, for a game that could not even be on sale by law anymore.
Really disappointing.
