In sintesi ha solo smontato le ruote estive e messo su le ruote invernali senza nessun controllo di bilanciatura e pressione pneumatici. Roba da 10 minuti. Tempo di attesa un'ora.Pagato 20€ perché ha detto che ha fatto bilanciatura controllo pressione cosa non vera senza rilasciare nessuna ricevuta mentre in giro chiedono 10€ per questo lavoro.
I was there to change the summer wheels with the winter ones that I had already brought with me. The gentleman who greeted me told me that they did everything even balancing and tire pressure.
In short, he just removed the summer wheels and put on the winter wheels without any balance and tire pressure controls. 10 minute stuff. Waiting time one hour. Paid € 20 because he said he did pressure control balancing which is not true without issuing any receipt while around asking € 10 for this job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porto la macchina per la revisione alle 14.30 mi dicono che la macchina max 1 ora è pronta, torno dopo 2 ore e la macchina non è stata fatta oltretutto mi trovo 4 persone che aspettano di fare la revisione ... forse perché sono una donna ... le auto della mia famiglia le porterò da altri ... professionalità Zero!!!
I bring the car for the overhaul at 2.30 pm they tell me that the car max 1 hour is ready, I come back after 2 hours and the car has not been done plus I find 4 people waiting to do the overhaul ... maybe because I'm a woman. .. I will take my family's cars to others ... Zero professionalism !!!
