★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Portata a fine luglio l'auto Mercedes per sistemare l'aria condizionata e il cambio delle ruote da invernali a estive.
Ritirata l'auto e pagati 1000 euro, l'aria condizionata ha funzionato per due ore (peccato che nel frattempo eravamo partiti per le ferie e abbiamo passato un mese viaggiando al caldo di agosto). Montate le ruote estive, quando è stata riconsegnata la macchina vibrava e hanno proposto di sostituire pezzo per la modica cifra di circa 3000 euro.
Cambiate ora a novembre le ruote e ricalibrate da uno specialista la vibrazione è sparita. Comunicazione pari a zero. Personale chiaramente sotto pressione e non sufficiente per il carico di lavoro.
Bad service. The Mercedes car was brought at the end of July to fix the air conditioning and change the wheels from winter to summer.
Collected the car and paid 1000 euros, the air conditioning worked for two hours (a pity that in the meantime we had left for the holidays and spent a month traveling in the heat of August). Mounted the summer wheels, when the car was returned it vibrated and they proposed to replace the piece for the modest sum of around 3000 euros.
Now change the wheels in November and recalibrate by a specialist the vibration is gone. Zero communication. Staff clearly under pressure and not enough for the workload.
