A saperlo....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ beh, devo dire che si nota subito quando qualcuno svolge un lavoro che non è il suo - una delle prime buone regole per chi è in cassa al servizio del pubblico, nonché cliente fidelizzabile e fonte di mantenimento dell'attività del negozio, è senz'altro la cortesia, l'affabilità, l'educazione al saluto sia quando si arriva che quando si va via.... forse c'è chi pensa di fare un grosso favore ad incassare i soldi in cambio di un prodotto senza neanche guardarti in faccia e nemmeno dirti grazie e arrivederci (per gli auguri forse è un po' troppo presto). Suggerisco un po' di terapia di motivazione o puramente di cambiare lavoro, dal canto mio, se non strettamente necessario usarlo, cambierò punto vendita, ci sarà chi è più meritevole delle mie risorse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Martedì mattina era presente una signora come assistente alla vendita che dovrebbe fare un corso di buone maniere, davvero villana. La libreria di per sé punta sulle novità e poca scelta e poche copie, spesso bisogna ordinare. Infatti non ho trovato i volumi che cercavo. Ritornerò perché ho un buono da.spendere poi si vedrà.
