★ ★ ★ ★ ★ difficoltà nel parcheggio per il resto un po' di disorientamento per fare la prova su strada...ma poi è tutto max.. si può migliorare ..le basi ci sono

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un'auto nuova presso di loro e alla consegna scopro con sorpresa che aveva già percorso 148km. L'auto, stoccata a Ragusa, è stata trasportata marciante fino a Catania.
Alle mie rimostranze è stato risposto che questa è una normale prassi e che non sono mai state ricevute lamentele in tal senso.
All'indomani, contattato telefonicamente da un Responsabile per l'accaduto, veniva ribadita l'assoluta correttezza della pratica, ed anzi è stato aggiunto che se si fosse voluto agire diversamente si sarebbe potuto staccare il contachilometri (!!!).
Non dubito delle buone intenzioni, ma una simile prospettazione, ancorché iperbolica e non realistica, è comunque bastata a lasciarmi allibito. Rappresentando una Concessionaria Ufficiale, mi sembra affermazione alquanto infelice.
I bought a new car from them and upon delivery I am surprised to discover that it had already driven 148km. The car, stored in Ragusa, was transported marching to Catania.
My complaints were answered that this is normal practice and that no complaints have ever been received.
The next day, contacted by telephone by a person in charge of the incident, the absolute correctness of the procedure was reaffirmed, and indeed it was added that if you had wanted to act differently you could have disconnected the odometer (!!!).
I do not doubt the good intentions, but such a prospect, even if hyperbolic and unrealistic, was still enough to leave me stunned. Representing an Official Dealer, it seems to me a rather unfortunate statement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il venditore e' sparito un attimo dopo aver firmato il contratto, hanno avuto fretta nel farsi pagare il saldo per poi non darmi piu' notizie sulla consegna. Solo dopo la minaccia di una piazzata sono riuscito a parlare al telefono col venditore e ad avere una data per la consegna. Alcune aggiunte in omaggio, pattuite a voce, non erano presenti alla consegna.
The seller disappeared a moment after signing the contract, they were in a hurry to get the balance paid and then didn't give me more news about the delivery. Only after the threat of a hit did I manage to talk to the seller on the phone and get a delivery date. Some free additions, agreed by word of mouth, were not present at the delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mia moglie siamo rimasti colpiti da questo concessionario e dalla qualità del marchio Toyota sin da subito, quando una sera nonostante le 19:00 passate il sig. Germanà ci ha accolto con gentilezza e ci ha messo subito a nostro agio, una persona che capisci subito che fa questo mestiere per passione, che quando chiunque ci avrebbe detto che era ormai tardi lui ci ha fatto accomodare e, con molta professionalità, ci ha subito sviluppato un preventivo, invitandoci a tornare per avere la possibilità di provare la vettura in questione, anche sul test drive molto soddisfatto, finalmente qualcuno che fa provare auto nuove ma sopratutto pulite, in generale ho avuto modo di constatare che tutto lo staff è composto davvero da professionisti.
My wife and I were impressed by this dealer and the quality of the Toyota brand right from the start, when one evening, despite 19:00, Mr. Germanà welcomed us with kindness and immediately put us at ease, a person you understand immediately that he does this job for passion, who when anyone would have told us that it was too late he made us sit down and, with great professionalism, made us immediately developed a quote, inviting us to come back to have the opportunity to try the car in question, even on the test drive very satisfied, finally someone who tries new but above all clean cars, in general I was able to see that all the staff is composed really like professionals.
