Alla Mercedes Italia dicono di aver fatto 21 km.
Andrò per vie legali.
Vergogna!!
I bring the car for thermostatic valve replacement and collision assistan upgrade and they return it to me with the windshield all chipped after driving 48.7 km in two days.
At Mercedes Italia they say they have done 21 km.
I will go through legal channels.
Shame!!

With an appointment at 09:00, we went out at 11:00, for a simple electronic test, for an anomaly in the tire sensor, in Switzerland: no appointment for any tests, and solution in 15 minutes.

Great service! I went to them for the first service of my Jeep. Perfect welcome. I have received all the necessary explanations. I have a loan that covers some costs: they helped me to understand the value of the loan well. I waited comfortably seated. They were fast and efficient. Competent staff. I point out that the car is sanitized before returning. I will certainly be back.
