Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Sono competenti ed efficienti. Ti fermi solo il tempo necessario. I visited the workshop. The environment is not particularly large but it is welcoming, clean and organized. There is a waiting room for customers. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are competent and efficient. You stop only for the time necessary.

I do not know the reasons ... maybe the staff have not been paid for long ... but they divert customers to Ford saying that it is possible to make estimates there too ... and then you discover that they have been dissociated since June ?

Chiamo per prenotare il terzo tagliando prima della scadenza ma non mo comunicano la data di scadenza....anzi mi prenotano 10 giorni dopo. Arrivo puntuale per effettuare il tagliando ma mi viene detto che devo pagarlo....ci sono rimasta molto male....spero non succeda ad altri Little precision by the workshop staff. I call to book the third coupon before the expiration date but we do not communicate the expiration date .... in fact they book me 10 days later. I arrive on time to carry out the service but I am told that I have to pay for it .... I was very upset .... I hope it does not happen to others
