Lamentandomi di questa loro iniziativa poco corretta nei confronti dei clienti (iniziativa che tra l'altro, personalmente non ho visto fare in nessun altro store), il commmesso improvvisamente (capendo probabilmente di essere in torto) decide di togliere i cavetti dalla confezione da loro creata, dandomi quindi la possibilità di prendere solo il decoder. Altri clienti in fila per lo stesso acquisto, che hanno ascoltato la mia discussione col commesso, mi hanno dato successivamente ragione e mi hanno ringraziato per averlo detto, in quanto anche da parte loro non era stata gradita l'iniziativa del negozio. Episodio di scarsa professionalità per essere un punto vendita Euronics. Purtroppo con queste iniziative, personalmente ritenute poco corrette, non farete altro che perdere clienti. Il giorno dopo, cercando le performance su internet, scopro che lo stesso prodotto viene venduto il 40% meno e la stessa ditta che lo produce il 25% meno. Manifestata la mia sorpresa, il direttore dell'esercizio mi alza le spalle. Negozio fuori mercato, anche rispetto ad altri Euronics. Ovviamente non ci metterò più piede. L’impiegato privo di voglia di lavorare ci ha dato poche indicazioni, dicendoci che il prodotto che cercavamo non era presente in negozio e nemmeno negli altri store Euronics della città. Ho avuto a che fare con due gentili impiegati del reparto televisori. I due si sono dimostrati competenti e si sono subito resi disponibili a risolvere il mio problema. Prima hanno tentato di riconfigurare l'apparecchio con un aggiornamento software, ma appurato l'insuccesso dell'operazione, hanno provveduto alla sostituzione del prodotto difettoso. Cosa dire di più? Questo significa amore per il proprio lavoro e disponibilità a risolvere i problemi della clientela. Se poi vogliamo parlare del negozio in generale, l'ho trovato leggermente superiore alla media dei negozi della stessa tipologia. Fornito e con la merce ben esposta. Se poi negli altri reparti ci sono impiegati come quelli con i quali ho avuto a che fare io, le cinque stelle che ho dato sono pure poche. Complimenti davvero!
