We would have loved to get there ... But if you follow the directions you get to the rocks, beautiful, but we haven't seen the fortress. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto spettacolare. Per raggiungere il mare ho fatto un percorso ai magini di un hotel poco sotto la torre. Vedi foto. Spiaggia piccola principalmente scogli ma molto bella. Consiglio la passeggiata.
Spectacular place. To reach the sea I made a path to the magini of a hotel just below the tower. See photos. Small beach mainly rocks but very nice. I recommend the walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great site of a Toscana no well known but magic for the sea and history. Unfortunately the tower may not be visitable but just 100 meters you have an etrusco temple

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You cannot drive here! The road is old for pedestrian and full on holes. Never ever drive here! We had to turn back our car on a narrow, rocky road, praying the whole time that our car would not break. Please stop writing misleading reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locked door, private property! Just walk down the street to find a nice rocky beach.
Or: follow the street uphill (find the small red-white-red hiking markers) which ends at the top of the hill. Enjoy the fantastic view! My photo from the tower has been made from this place. Here you will also find the remainings from a entruscian Temple.
Unfortunately, a lot of historic Buildings are private with no access to the public. If you want to see a well-preserved Sarazin Tower, visit the Torre di Collelungo in Alberese beach.
