★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi servo di questa azienda da 5 anni e devo dire che il servizio è ottimo e veloce.
Gli appuntamenti li danno in strettissimo giro, l'unica cosa è che se c'è un ostacolo che non permette la revisione della caldaia, loro non provvedono alla soluzione del problema e pertanto bisogna riprendere appuntamento.
I have been using this company for 5 years and I must say that the service is excellent and fast.
The appointments give them in a very tight turn, the only thing is that if there is an obstacle that does not allow the revision of the boiler, they do not provide for the solution of the problem and therefore it is necessary to resume an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo servizio, puntuale e preciso, inoltre sia il personale tecnico che quello amministrativo sono tutti affidabili e cortesi, il che non guasta certo. E poi è utile che ci sia qualcuno che ti ricorda quando è ora di fare i controlli periodici: almeno per quanto mi riguarda personalmente, me ne scorderei di certo! Ah! Aggiungo anche che - in caso di urgenza - sono anche molto rapidi... A me è capitato di aver bisogno di un loro intervento urgente, e sono venuti nella stessa giornata.
Excellent service, punctual and precise, and both the technical and administrative staff are all reliable and courteous, which certainly does not hurt. And then it is useful that there is someone who reminds you when it is time to do periodic checks: at least as far as I am personally concerned, I would certainly forget it! Ah! I would also add that - in case of urgency - they are also very fast ... I happened to need their urgent intervention, and they came on the same day.

Hanno un servizio di reminder per le scadenze normative o di manutenzione e non c'è quindi bisogno di ricordasele, ci pensano loro.

I have been followed by them since 2006 in the maintenance and updating of the boiler. Precise and quality, like few others.
They have a reminder service for regulatory or maintenance deadlines and therefore there is no need to remember them, they think about them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono complessivamente soddisfatto del servizio sia in termini di disponibilità del personale di segreteria / amministrativo nella prenotazione degli interventi che altrettanto della struttura tecnica che effettua la manutenzione. Sono alcuni anni che mi avvago del servizio non riscontrando mai nessun problema.
Tutto il personale con il quale mi sono relazionato è estremamente cortese e professionale.
I am overall satisfied with the service both in terms of availability of the secretarial / administrative staff in booking the interventions and as well as the technical structure that carries out the maintenance. I have been using the service for a few years, never experiencing any problems.
All the staff I have dealt with are extremely courteous and professional.
