Affare saltato senza alcun motivo dopo che la proposta è stata firmata ed accettata. Veramente imbarazzante. Sconsiglio assolutamente. Lack of punctuality, poor precision, lack of professionalism. Antonio Toto ma lui non si è presentato, aveva già affittato l'appartamento e non aveva chiamato per informarmi, e pensare che avevo dovuto chiedere il permesso al lavoro. In più il signore il questione dichiarava per telefono che per riparare, se avessi aspettato, mi avrebbe comunque fatto visionare l'appartamento, trattandomi come un deficiente e, comunque inserendo nel discorso, che la responsabilità di essere lì senza un motivo fosse in parte mia. Veramente una persona maleducata e amorale, veramente sconsigliato e incapace. Bad experience. Toto mi devi la provvigione che ti ho pagato al momento: 1.700 a fronte di un contratto annullato perché l’affittante non lo aveva in disponibilità.. Ti accoglie nella sua agenzia in un sottoscala di 4 (quattro) metri quadrati e millanta i suoi uffici in altre zone di Roma. Legge i messaggi e non risponde, professionalità sottozero, mi ha fatto attendendere oltre 40 minuti sotto un appartamento dopo avermi detto “tra 5 minuti sono lì”. Ho tutti i messaggi salvati ancora in cui gli ho chiesto 100 volte le stesse cose. Dice di avere decine di appartamenti in zona ma nonostante ciò non è mai possibile vederli per qualsivoglia motivo. È il classico emblema di quello che a Roma viene definito un “cazzaro”. Vi farà solo perdere tempo, stateci alla larga il più possibile! Il proprietario di questa agenzia (con sede nel ripostiglio di un palazzo, quello dove si tengono le scope, per capirci) da appuntamenti ai quali non viene mai. Vi "accoglie" nella sede come se vi ricevesse in una reggia... poi quando entrate dovete abbassare la testa per non sbatterla!!!!!!! Toto cambia mestiere!!! TO AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
