Dopo avergli fatto arredare tutta casa (circa 40mila euro) e quella di una nostra cugina perché abbindolati dai bei modi e dall’esposizione in negozio, ci troviamo ben presto con una serie di problemi che non verrà mai risolta, anzi… Il bagno lo faremo sistemare per la disperazione da un altro negoziante, ma è il meno… La vernice dei mobili della cucina, nonostante sia utilizzata molto poco, inizia a scrostarsi dopo pochi mesi. Fanno di tutto per ritardare un intervento, fino a fare scadere la garanzia di due anni (catene economiche ne danno dieci……). Nonostante poi vengano di persona a visionare i danni e ammettano la straordinarietà della cosa, si presenteranno però con un preventivo per rifare le antine a nostre spese ovviamente, ormai la garanzia è scaduta… ed anche la casa madre costruttrice dei mobili non si disturba a risponderci… MAI PIU’!!! meno male che siamo andati nella città del mobile…. Although they then come in person to see the damage and admit the extraordinary nature of the thing, they will come up with a quote to redo the doors at our expense of course, now the warranty has expired ... and even the furniture manufacturer does not bother to answer us. … NEVER AGAIN'!!! Luckily we went to the city of furniture….

Gestione perfetta durante il periodo di lockdown una delle loro interior designer Simona, ci ha seguito passo passo nella scelta di ogni singolo elemento, si è resa sempre disponibile a rispondere ad ogni esigenza per consigliarci al meglio e nel rispetto del nostro budget. Simona è stata trasparente e chiara e si è mostrata esperta dei prodotti che ci ha proposto per l'acquisto. Grazie....consigliatissimo!!!
