Per il montaggio invece ho dovuto sollecitare più volte la consegna per non sforare nei tempi. Come post vendita disastrosi. Necessito del cambio di 2 ante per scarsa qualità del rivestimento (tra l'altro altre tre ante hanno dei mini-gibolli ma ho preferito soprassedere vista la lieve enità, cucina che pensavo fosse di qualità invece sono rimasto abbastanza deluso, azienda fornitrice ARREDO3); richiesta effettuata a dicembre 2020. Cambio accettato. Dopo 5 mesi però nessuna risposta, diversi i solleciti. Spariti. Impossibile che non si riescano a produrre due ante in 5 mesi, quanto meno sarebbe corretto avvisare dei ritardi. Se la colpa fosse di Arredo3 sarebbe comunque imbarazzante anche per loro non riuscire a produrre tale materiale in così tanto tempo. In qualsiasi caso la comunicazione del mobiliere è assente. Il contatto col cliente è importante in tutte le fasi della vendita, che non si esaurisce col bonifico. Deludente. From the shopping experience I deduce that for them the key word is to sell. If Arredo3 were to blame, it would still be embarrassing for them not to be able to produce this material in such a long time. In any case, the communication of the furniture maker is absent. Contact with the customer is important at all stages of the sale, which does not end with the transfer. Disappointing.
