Ho provveduto autonomamente, ma evidentemente non metterò più piede nel negozio. They damaged the floor during the assembly of a library but then, although they assured me that they would send a craftsman for repair, they never heard from each other again. Pessimi anche per quanto riguarda il post vendita, la cucina si è rotta dopo due settimane e dopo mesi ancora aspettiamo dei pezzi in sostituzione. VERGOGNOSI, andate piuttosto all'Ikea, la qualità è uguale ma sono sicuramente più professionali PESSIMA experience, totally unreliable and unprofessional. Bad also for post sales, the kitchen broke down after two weeks and after months we are still waiting for replacement pieces. SHAME, go to Ikea rather, the quality is the same but they are certainly more professional
H	HUB VIAGGI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio a chiunque di affidarsi a questa attività per acquistare i propri mobili.. in modo particolare alla Sig.ra Alessia... abbiamo acquistato diversi mobili da loro per la casa nuova... nella fase di progettazione e preventivo sono stati perfetti ma arrivati al momento della consegna è iniziato il disastro... continui appuntamenti mancati senza preavviso, salvo comunicarci motivazioni ogni volta diverse e solo in seguito a nostre chiamate... dopo la consegna a fine luglio di parte dell'ordine è iniziata un'attesa di due mesi per la rimanenza con motivazioni sempre contraddittorie e evidentemente poco veritiere. Vista la presa in giro abbiamo annullato l'ordine di quanto mancava...ovviamente non ci è stato addebitato nulla, ma la Sig.ra dopo nemmeno un giorno già pretendeva il saldo dovuto (e manca ancora una parte da montare)... definirla scarsa professionalità è poco. Non facile la ricerca della macchina ma con un po’ di pazienza ha concluso con un lavoro da manuale della precisione. Brava e paziente la Marisa ,fenomeno Alessandro. Ha fatto un progetto per l’arredamento completo di un monolocale, intuendo le mie esigenze e gusti e realizzandolo come se fosse la sua casa, accostando mobili e complementi di ottima e robusta fattura. Preventivo accurato in ogni particolare. E’ stata una esperienza decisamente positiva. Sempre con strane motivazioni. Vendita velocissima - poccato che la logistica fa paura. I totally advise against it. Zero respect for customers and little professionalism. Negativa la signora Alessia. Bene cucina. Divano in eco pelle che si è scrostato subito, cambiata eco pelle , scrostato di nuovo e ditta che ha fatto il divano chiusa. Risultato: ho comprato un altro divano da un'altra parte e non ho più messo piede qui.
