★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco più di 3 anni fa ho ordinato 2 camerette. Morale: misure sbagliate, montaggio da personale incompetente, sbrigativo e sporco. Ho chiesto un letto a scomparsa di una marca e me ne hanno fornito uno di una marca differente - dicendo che le prestazioni erano uguali ed era completamente falso - per alzarlo e chiuderlo ci vogliono 2 persone e a distanza di 3 anni scarsi si è completamente sfasciato: mio figlio dorme sul materasso, per terra! E' da prima di dicembre che continuo a chiamare per chiedere assistenza e nessuno mi richiama accampando ogni volta la stessa scusa: il titolare non c'è, la richiama lui!
Vergognoso e da evitare assolutamente.
A little over 3 years ago I ordered 2 bedrooms. Moral: wrong measurements, assembly by incompetent, hasty and dirty staff. I asked for a foldaway bed from one brand and they provided me with one from a different brand - saying the performance was the same and it was completely false - it takes 2 people to lift and close it and after just 3 years it completely collapsed: my son sleeps on the mattress, on the floor! I have been calling for assistance since before December and no one calls me back with the same excuse every time: the owner isn't there, he calls her back!
Shameful and to be avoided absolutely.
