Purtroppo nel recente passato si era sparsa la voce che "all'Ottimax hanno di tutto, ma non c'è niente!", ma ora invece è un piacere rivedere che le forniture sono tornate come al giorno di apertura e che la gente popola le corsie del negozio.

Ho tentato di avere una cinquantina di metri di telo da pacciamatura ma non c'è stato verso dopo più di un'ora di trovare qualcuno che me lo potesse tagliare... Uno mi dice di rivolgermi a quelli con la maglia gialla, quello con la maglia gialla a quello del taglio legno, che non si trovano, chiedo ad altri due nulla facenti che prima insinuano che non abbia guardato bene in magazzino (zona a me interdetta) e che comunque loro non VOGLIONO AVERE NULLA A CHE FARE COL TAGLIO LEGNO. infastidito desisto, mi sposto sulle attrezzature ( comunque alquanto mediocri, Hilto o una semplice serie blu Bosch non esistono) e vengo preso in mezzo una litigata con urli e insulti reciproci da parte di due dello staff su chi debba aprire le teche chiuse a chiave... Il tutto davanti ai clienti. Aggiungiamoci che non si riesce a trovare nulla dai fastom alle viti m* con la testa a brugola, ma solo il minimo sindacale a livello ferramenta (quello che si trova anche al Lidl nella settimana del bricolage per intenderci) Finisce che dopo un'ora e mezza di perdita di tempo esco con un conto di 30 € quando avevo ipotizzato di spenderne 500/1000. direi che è un posto per pensionati che hanno tanto tempo da perdere o da persone che seguono i tutorial su YouTube, ma per gente con un minimo di disponibilità economica che cerca qualità o per professionisti che hanno bisogno di trovare il materiale in tempi brevi non sia assolutamente il posto adatto. Non ci tornerò mai più.

Centinaia di metri quadri di qualunquismo.
I ragazzi e le ragazze dello Staff sono bravissimi nel compiere miracoli:
Credo vi sia un grossissimo problema a livello di gestione del personale. Gli addetti alle vendite appunto, durano un paio di mesi poi spariscono e si intercambiano, sono costretti a rimpiazzarsi e svolgere plurimansioni a orari non indifferenti.
Credo questo punto vendita abbia bisogno di un cambio gestione ai vertici, poiché i materiali sono di buona qualità (quando ci sono), ma il sistema gestionale degli ordini è sempre fuori tempo.
Leroy Merlin o Eurobrico vincono nettamente come servizio e come insieme generale

Comunque non mi lamento perché è bella roba,e a prezzi competitivi.
C'è il comparto del giardinaggio,della falegnameria, dell'elettricità,pavimenti,sanitari,condizionatori,pitture interne e per esterni,trapani,olii per autovetture ecc. ecc.
Insomma ogni volta che mi serve qualcosa mi faccio prima un bel giro lì, anche perché è un bel capannone,abbastanza grande e a me piace guardare tutti gli oggetti esposti.
Per il posteggio non c'è nessun problema
perché è super ampio.

Dopo il pagamento sei completamente abbandonato non c'è alcuna risposta alle email inviate e se rispondono passano 4 5 giorni e sono completamente disorganizzati. Mi è arrivata una email che l ordine sarebbe stato gestito da un altro negozio e di rivolgermi a loro per info quando il materiale era stato già consegnato. Il materiale è comunque arrivato e nello specifico è stato acquistato ad un buon prezzo ma sinceramente preferirei pagare qualcosa in più ma essere servito meglio e piu' velocemente .
P.s. aggiungo una stella alla mia iniziale recensione per l 'imballo veramente ben fatto e a prova di urti . Devo dire che raramente se ne vedono fatti così con cura anche considerando il valore della merce , poco più di 100 euro. Grazie

The material has arrived anyway and specifically it was purchased at a good price but honestly I would prefer to pay a little more but be served better and faster.
P.s. I add a star to my initial review for the really well made and shock proof packaging. I must say that you rarely see them made so carefully even considering the value of the goods, just over 100 euros. Thanks
