Ordine di un elettrodomestico diverso da quello richiesto, elettrodomestici mai visti fino al loro montaggio a casa (non ho conosciuto nemmeno il marchio fino a quel momento). Un prodotto con difetto estetico di fabbrica. È un peccato perché la qualità dei prodotti venduti è indiscutibile, bellissimi. Ma mai più!
