D	Domenico Giuffrida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno fissato 2 appuntamenti per la sostituzione del contatore.....MA NON SONO MAI VENUTI!!!!! dopo diversi tentativi di contattarli telefonicamente sia al nr della EASY Servizi (vergognosi dopo ore di attesa quando dovrebbero rispondere cade la linea). E dopo circa un'ora di attesa al nr di Toscana Energia non sono riuscito ad ottenere nessuna risposta. VERGOGNATEVI!!!!!! Have set 2 appointments for the replacement of the meter ..... BUT THEY HAVE NEVER COME !!!!! after several attempts to contact them by phone both at the EASY Servizi number (shameful after hours of waiting when they should answer the call drops). And after about an hour of waiting at Toscana Energia, I could not get any answers. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

Sto cercando di contattarli da mesi per effettuare un cambio di contatore, e questi sono letteralmente spariti. Non è ammissibile affidare un monopolio della gestione della rete gas ad un'azienda del genere. It would take the 0 star option, to be invented specifically for this company. I've been trying to contact them for months to make a counter change, and they are literally gone. It is not permissible to entrust a gas network management monopoly to such a company.

Siamo in attesa da 2 mesi per installazione del contatore del gas considerando la stagione mi sembra un ottimo disservizio. Quelle rare volte che rispondono non sanno dare spiegazioni, risposte esaurienti e dulcis in fundo la colpa viene data sempre ad altri enti che nella maggior parte dei casi hanno già fatto il loro lavoro. Nel nostro caso hanno veramente sfiorato il ridicolo. I would have given less than one star. They never answer the phone, much less emails. We have been waiting for 2 months for the installation of the gas meter considering the season it seems to me a great disservice. Those rare times that respond do not know how to give explanations, exhaustive answers and last but not least, the blame is always given to other entities that in most cases have already done their job. In our case, they really bordered on ridicule.

Adesso che debbo effettuare la cessazione della fornitura la procedura si è bloccata inoltre mi sono accorto che ho pagato i consumi effettuati da un altro mentre i miei sono stati addebitati ad un altro ancora. Contatti telefonici al servizio assistenza totalmente inutili, email e PEC inviate non vengono degnate di risposta. When they replaced the meter they made a mistake in transcribing the registration number. Now that I have to terminate the supply, the procedure has stopped and I have also realized that I have paid for the consumptions made by another while mine have been charged to yet another. Telephone contacts to the assistance service totally useless, emails and PEC sent are not worthy of reply.
F	Francesca Anselmi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio PESSIMO. Non risponderà mai nessuno al numero, mandano sms per rimandare appuntamenti per disdette, collegamenti da remoto etc! Ma esistono queste persone? Così tanto per sapere! BAD service. No one will ever answer the number, they send sms to postpone appointments for cancellations, remote connections etc! But do these people exist? So much to know!

Registrazione al sito non funzionante con One Time Password inviata due volte e sempre la stessa. Visita di persona negli uffici di Toscana Energia a Pisa e l incaricato non si trova.....dipendenti che ti liquidano passandoti sottobanco un nr di telefono di un tecnico che "comunque lui non uscirà".......orribile Bad service, telephone answering machine with which you do not get anywhere. Registration to the site not working with One Time Password sent twice and always the same. Visit in person in the offices of Toscana Energia in Pisa and the person in charge is not found ..... employees who liquidate you by passing you under the counter a telephone number of a technician who "in any case he will not come out" ....... horrible
