A	Antonietta Pozzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è mia abitudine descrivere in modo così pessimo un servizio. Il sito non funziona non riesco ad entrare nell area clienti. Non si possono fare operazioni di rateizzazione on line e per chi non può recarsi o mandare qualcun altro in ufficio non permettono di farlo in altro modo. Non si riesce a parlare con un persona competente telefonicamente. Sono chiusi il sabato pomeriggio. Per me sono un disastro. Inviterei il presidente a dimettersi. Se paghiamo un servizio questo dovrebbe essere eccellente. It is not my habit to describe a service so badly. The site is not working I cannot enter the customer area. You cannot make installments on line and for those who cannot go or send someone else to the office they do not allow you to do it in any other way. You cannot speak to a competent person over the phone. They are closed on Saturday afternoons. For me they are a disaster. I would urge the president to step down. If we pay for a service this should be excellent.

Ma dato l' alto numero di utenti in attesa ho incaricato una vostra dipendente di darmi un appuntamento per il giorno dopo e cioè domani. Mentre la vostra dipendente mi dava l' orario per il mio appuntamento ha voluto sapere che fornitore di energia elettrica avevo gli ho risposto che era Enel ed essa ha iniziato in un modo saccente e aggressivo a dirmi una serie di notizie che a me non interessavano. Perciò vi domandò ma il vostro personale lo professionalizzate? Se non lo fate Sarà bene che lo facciate e per il momento togliete i dipendenti che non sono idonei a stare a contatto con il pubblico! Dopo qualche mese mi arriva una lettera in cui quel prezzo viene aumentato non si sa per quali motivo.mercato libero nel senso che d Siete liberi di fa quello che vi pare senza rispettare i contratti.pessima esperienza.

Dopo reclami e solleciti infiniti le bollette non mi arrivano, non è stato fatto niente per rimediare alla situazione a parte incolpare un fantomatico spedizioniere e farmi pagare le spese di mora. Se non sono in malafede sono degli incapaci, state alla larga! Two years ago I signed a contract with Gesam for the supply of electricity and gas. They can't send me the bills! After endless complaints and reminders, the bills do not reach me, nothing has been done to remedy the situation apart from blaming an elusive forwarder and making me pay the costs of arrears. If they are not in bad faith they are incapable, stay away!
m	maxchefONE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok che siamo in una fase critica ( e anche forse troppo speculativa) mi hanno alzato la tariffa che avrei dovuto avere “bloccata” per un anno, con una comunicazione a mezzo di mail ordinaria che tra le decine e decine che ricevo quotidianamente, comprese spam e altro, mi era sfuggita. Adesso arrivano le bollette praticamente raddoppiate . Ho fatto un grosso sbaglio a scegliere questa compagnia. M	Monica Scotto Di Luzio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto con loro un contratto gas, pur non avendo i termo a casa mi Sn vista arrivare una prima bolletta di 250 ho fatto reclamo portando la reale lettura del contatore e 2 bollette errate mi hanno mandato una fattura di 24 €. La bolletta successiva mi hanno mandato una bolletta di 150 €, ho richiesto la bolletta effettiva, visto che ulteriormente mi ritrovavo CN la lettura errata e loro mi dicono signora la paghi e poi le scaliamo dalle prossime, pensano che i soldi li rubiamo..... Mah lo sconsiglio vivamente
