★ ★ ★ ★ ★ abbiamo fatto 600 km in auto e prenotato 45 giorni prima con relativa conferma e pagamento. Al nostro arrivo la camera non solo non c'era più (già occupata) ...ma dopo richiesta (mezzora prima dell'arrivo) di chiarimenti hanno spento il telefono e alle ore 24 abbiamo dovuto ricercare altre soluzioni. Professionalità ZERO e relativa intelligenza. Struttura di cui non fidarsi !!!!!
 We did 600 km by car and booked 45 days prior to its confirmation and payment. Upon our arrival the room not only was no longer there (already occupied) ... but after request (half an hour before arrival) for clarifications they turned off the phone and at 24 we had to look for other solutions. ZERO professionalism and relative intelligence. Structure you can't trust !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENZIONE!! Se avessi avuto il tempo avrei chiamato i Carabinieri!! Ho trovato Vermi e pidocchi nella doccia! L' odore è tremando tanto che mi ha causato vomito e capogiri dopo soli 10 minuti. È un monolocale e non c è ovviamente nessuno a cui rivolgersi dopo aver fatto il check in. In un primo momento ho pensato di aver preso una fregatura e basta, e visto che a Milano c erano moltissimi eventi, già sapevo non c erano altri posti dove prenotare. Ma dopo aver visto i vermi e i pidocchi sono scappata via!Essendo arrivata in serata, è stato davvero un problema, per fortuna il mio capo è una donna fantastica e mi ha ospitato in casa sua! Quando ho lasciato Milano ho segnalato il fatto a Booking.com, il quale si sta occupando della cosa. Poi ho contattato il proprietario esprimendo il mio disappunto. Lui ha quasi negato del tutto la cosa e ha cancellato la mia prenotazione e su booking.com( senza rimborso) così da non impedirmi di scrivere commenti e pubblicare foto sul portale! Oltre a queste cose già GRAVISSIME, il proprietario ha inserito la foto della facciata esterna dell hotel a 5 stelle che sta proprio di fronte alla sua bettola. Ovviamente inserirò tutte le foto!! FATE SEMPRE ATTENZIONE E CONFRONTATE SEMPRE LE RECENSIONI PRESENTI IN PIÙ SITI!
CAUTION!! If I had time I would have called the Police !! I found worms and lice in the shower! The smell is trembling so much that it caused me vomiting and dizziness after only 10 minutes. It is a studio apartment and there is obviously no one to turn to after checking in. At first I thought I had just taken a scam, and since there were so many events in Milan, I already knew not there were other places to book. But after seeing the worms and lice I ran away! Having arrived in the evening, it was really a problem, fortunately my boss is a fantastic woman and she hosted me in her house! When I left Milan I reported the fact to Booking.com, who is handling the matter. Then I contacted the owner expressing my disappointment. He almost completely denied the matter and canceled my booking and on booking.com (without refund) so as not to prevent me from writing comments and posting photos on the portal! In addition to these things already GRAVISSIME, the owner has inserted the photo of the external facade of the 5-star hotel that is right in front of its tavern. Of course I will insert all the photos !! ALWAYS PAY ATTENTION AND ALWAYS COMPARE THE REVIEWS PRESENT IN MORE WEBSITES!
