La torta recapitata, non si avvicinava ad essa neanche lontanamente. Esteticamente, oggettivamente, bruttina. Ho ricevuto critiche per questo e mi spiace. Confermo la bontà della torta ma sono rimasta egualmente dispiaciuta e delusa perché se mi si chiede una foto per la riproduzione della torta al fine di eseguire fedelmente la stessa, proprio per non avere sorprese, io mi aspetto quello. Altrimenti non si promette ciò che non si può mantenere. Non si può proporre una cosa così, essendo voi un negozio di cake design! Quella cosa resterà nelle foto di mio figlio e questo purtroppo non potrà più essere cambiato nonostante noi abbiamo pagato il supplemento del servizio. Ho visto e vedo tutt'ora, torte in pasta di zucchero fatte da casalinghe 10.000 volte meglio di quella confezionata per me da professionisti quali vi reputavo. Ripeto che la bontà della torta non si discute, ma oggi si paga anche l'estetica che qui non c'era assolutamente.Torte da sogno..infranto. I have received criticism for this and sorry. I confirm the goodness of the cake but I was equally sorry and disappointed because if you ask me for a photo for the reproduction of the cake in order to faithfully perform the same, just to have no surprises, I expect that. Otherwise, what cannot be kept is not promised. There is no such thing as being a cake design shop! That thing will remain in the photos of my son and unfortunately this can no longer be changed despite the fact that we paid the service fee. I have seen and still see, sugar paste cakes made by housewives 10,000 times better than the one packaged for me by professionals whom I thought you were. I repeat that the goodness of the cake is not discussed, but today we also pay for the aesthetics that were absolutely not here. Dream cakes .. broken.

Ha saputo ascoltarmi e creare ciò che avevo in mente, e anzi: ha saputo anche fare di meglio, aggiungendo e curando i dettagli che hanno reso unica la mia torta. Il tema era il cinema e lei ha creato le bobine, le pellicole e la cinepresa, impreziosendo il tutto con le foto mie e di mio marito. Resterà per sempre uno dei ricordi più belli della mia vita.
