★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato mia madre per una visita medica dall'ortopedico in questo centro, dopo averla visitata le ha prescritto la risonanza dicendo che poteva passare tranquillamente per controllare i risultati senza prenotare una nuova visita, ma così non è stato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato mia madre a fare una risonanza magnetica.Le ragazze dell'accettazione sono state gentilissime ma il tecnico è stato un angelo. Mia madre è sulla sedia a rotelle e il tecnico l'ha letteralmente presa in braccio per posizionarla sul lettino. L'ha tranquillizzata e mia madre è riuscita a fare l'esame senza problemi.

I took my mom for an MRI scan. The admission girls were very kind but the technician was an angel. My mother is in a wheelchair and the technician literally picked her up to place her on the cot. He calmed her down and my mother was able to take the exam without problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato per una RMN al ginocchio destro in convenzione e mi è stata prenotata per il giorno dopo, ovviamente perchè qualcuno poco prima aveva disdetto, ma una cosa del genere non mi era mai capitata e mi ha fatto molto piacere. Molto gentili e cortesi le segretarie all'accoglienza. Veloci nel rilasciare gli esami, risonanza fatta sabato e già pronta il lunedi, quando alcuni studi ti fanno aspettare anche una settimana. Le immagini della risonanza sono di buona qualità ed anche la refertazione è molto esaustiva. Nel complesso sono rimasto veramente molto soddisfatto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fissato un appuntamento per una tac ore 10 con preghiera di arrivare prima per il pagamento e così faccio. Attendo le 10.30 e chiedo se avrei dovuto attendere ancora molto per la visita, e vengo rassicurata. Dopo un quarto d ora richiedo e ancora nulla. Dopo 70 minuti di attesa mi comincio ad alterare allora verificano al computer e mi dicono che il mio appuntamento era alle 11 e 50. Lo avevano spostato dimenticando di avvisarmi....PESSIMI sono stata davanti a loro per più di un ora nonostante le mie insistenze nessuno si è posto la domanda che stessi aspettando. E non c era la folla
I made an appointment for a tac 10 am with a prayer to arrive earlier for the payment and so I do. I wait for 10.30 and ask if I would have to wait a long time for the visit, and I am reassured. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato a questo centro, scoperto per caso, per una rmn urgente con il ssn neanche a parlarne, quindi ho tel.piu che altro per avere i prezzi del privato. Invece la ragazza che mi ha risposto ha controllato, senza che glielo chiedessi, anche la lista della convenzione e mi ha trovato un posto per il giorno dopo!!! Certo qlc avrà disdetto poco prima ma senza lo scrupolo di questa ragazza non sarei mai riuscita ad effettuare questo esame in convenzione e soprattutto in tempi brevi! Grazie anche a tutte le ragazze della segreteria per la pazienza, disponibilità e sorrisi che al giorno d'oggi sono merce rara.
