Non e' stata una scelta a scatola chiusa , concedendoci in più riprese alcuni assaggi tra mignon , pasticceria secca , e tortine , tutti veramente buoni con sapori equilibrati . La torta poi ha rispecchiato in pieno la nostra scelta . Da consigliare For our son's first birthday, together with my wife, we relied on this pastry shop for our prince's cake. It was not a closed-box choice, giving us on several occasions some samples of mignon, dry pastries, and cakes, all really good with balanced flavors. The cake then fully reflected our choice. Bad experience. They sold us a frozen cake saying it could be eaten for lunch, but it wasn't! Of Giglio there is only the name.

I dolci sono freschi (il laboratorio è nella pasticceria vicino) e gli ingredienti utilizzati di qualità: si riconosce la sapienza nel saperli utilizzare. Io ho assaggiato una crostata con burro d'arachidi, caramello e sale maldon e ne son rimasta innamorata e una torta Sacher, ma devo dire che ero attratta anche da molti altri dolcetti. E' possibile chiedere di farsi fare anche waffle, pancakes ecc...Purtroppo non mi è molto di strada ma sicuramente ci tornerò.
