In quanto pasticceria, i cornetti li fanno loro (quindi non li comprano da altre aziende per poi infornarli la mattina). Per questo motivo risultano di buona consistenza e, oltre a quelli esposti, è possibile chiedere che uno di quelli vuoti venga riempito con un gusto a piacere, se tale crema o nutella è disponibile. Ieri mattina sono passato dal letto alla macchina, proprio per fare colazione qui, ma la delusione è stata grande! Servita in una coppetta e non in un bicchiere. Prezzo alto per una granita. Brioche dura (almeno del giorno prima). Granita gelata (variante di quella al limone). Insomma, nulla a che vedere con le prelibatezze che si possono gustare lungo la costa. La pasta del cornetto era troppo morbida, il cornetto a malapena riempito, e forse questo è un bene in quanto la crema era spumosa, troppo chiara e con un gusto molto lontano da quello di una crema quantomeno decente. La cosa che mi ha lasciato più deluso è stata la scortesia e la bruschezza con cui ho visto trattato il giovane ragazzo che lavora lì.
