Ci siamo ritrovati davanti, con non poca incredulità, una totale mancanza di serietà e completa indifferenza, dimostrata anche dal fatto che nessuno sia uscito dal laboratorio per affrontarci direttamente! I proprietari hanno palesemente dimostrato di non avere alcun rispetto nei confronti della clientela, e una inverosimile incapacità nel gestire gli errori commessi!
