La location è di un produttore di vino che valorizza con sapienza le specie autoctone con metodi di lavorazione specializzati, anche con sperimentazioni audaci tutte da scoprire. Enrico (il titolare) è a dir poco formidabile, per quasi due ore ci ha incantato con le sue spiegazioni e i suoi aneddoti. I vini sono di qualità eccellente, assolutamente da provare. BRAVI !!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Guided tour of the company and tasting of their wines. More than an experience, it was a journey ... .. La degustazione era accompagnata da un duo musicale e focaccia con ciccioli a volontà! Da rifare, magari d'estate per godere del paesaggio. I have been to a wine tasting, well-kept environment and prepared staff. Good Pinot Noir, glossy black. The tasting was accompanied by a musical duo and focaccia with greaves at will! To be redone, perhaps in summer to enjoy the landscape.
